No athlete steps onto the competition field and miraculously triumphs. Years of preparation pave the way for victory. It all starts young, with that first attempt at a sport, even if it ends in a spectacular disaster. That's part of the process. Great things take time. And all things start with the first thing.

Meander Man Moment: Think about your biggest accomplishments in life. Maybe that you managed to land a good job or married your partner or won that competition or landed that scholarship. Now think about the first thing you did in your journey towards that goal. It feels like a lifetime ago. Now imagine if you did not do that first step.
