My Book is Out! "All The Sh!t" out now!

After 13 months of dedicated writing, my book, "All The Sh!t - 40 Lessons Learned From Making Mistakes," is finally available. It's a collection of valuable lessons accumulated over my 40 years of life.

What is the book about?

The book is a memoir of the lessons I've gleaned throughout life, often arising from mistakes or negative experiences. We often learn a lesson but forget it, only to encounter the same situation later and realize we didn't truly learn it. I decided to document these lessons and review them regularly. In this book, I share 40 of these lessons, accompanied by personal stories, hoping readers will connect with them and internalize the lessons. I believe most people will find the lessons relatable.

Why is it called "All The Sh!t"?

Life is crazy, messy. You face a lot of "shit" – difficult and messy situations – and eventually realize that even within those challenges, there's a lesson to be learned – a diamond in the rough. I believe that's the book's core message: that something good can emerge from something bad. When you experience pain, you learn what to avoid. When you encounter death, you appreciate life.

Why did I write a book?

Throughout my life, I've been inspired by many people through their videos, books, or classes. However, I've gained the most from the books I've read. One book, in particular, had a profound impact on me – "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson. I began jotting down my thoughts in a Google Doc last year and couldn't stop. 13 months later, here we are.

Where can I buy "All The Sh!t"?

Great question.

It's available on Amazon (only in English for now) in both paperback and Kindle format.

Here are the links for your convenience:

Or simply search for "Josef Cauchi" on your local Amazon store.
